Unable to View Web Based Configuration Utility

If you are unable to access the Web Based Configuration Utility, check the following:

  1. Ensure that that the UCX is connected to your LAN and that its IP address is compatible with the local network.
  2. Ensure that the PC you are using to access the UCX Web-based Configuration Utility is connected to the same network as the UCX.
  3. Ensure that you have network connectivity to the UCX system and that you're using the correct IP address by pinging the UCX IP address from your PC.

If you are still unable to connect, attempt to connect while accessing from a different subnet or using the UCX VPN IP address.  If you are able to connect using either of these methods, then the IP Block List functionality may have temporarily blocked the original subnet based on its rules. This can be corrected by adding the original subnet or IP address into the Web Server settings Do Not Block list.
