UCx Server not processing calls (Restart Telephony Services with Diagnostics)

If your phone system is not processing calls, you should restart the Telephony Service by performing the following steps:

  1. Open the UCX Web-based Configuration Utility
  2. From the System tab, select Dashboard
  3. In the Processes Status applet, click on the down arrow for Telephony Service and select Restart with diagnostics
  4. This option generates Diagnostic Information and immediately restarts the Telephony Service
  5. Contact your UCX reseller to report the problem
