Software update fails - Unable to access repositories

Symptoms:

When attempting to update the the UCX software the following message may appear in the Web-Based Configuration Utility when the system attempts to update:

Resolution:

Selecting source repositories in the Software Update page that do not include the Public repository will allow the software update to complete. This can be accomplished per our normal Software Update procedure as follows:

1. In the drop-down list of repository sources, select an option without Public.

2. Lock the source repository choice by clicking the Set Source button.

3. Click the Check for Updates button.

4. If updates are available, they will be listed here and you can proceed as per your regular process with the installation.

When ready, click the Update Software button and follow the instructions in the pop-up dialog. Or, if you have Automatic Updates set, the new repository source will be used for the next update.
