InfinityOne - Install the InfinityOne Package on UCX
Install the InfinityOne package (On Release 7)
- Login to the UCX Web-based Configuration Utility
- Go to the Accessories tab, under Addon Packages
- Scroll down the page to find the InfinityOne package
- Click on the Install button
- Wait for the system to respond with a successful install message
On successful installation, the following will be displayed on the Addon Packages screen.
Install the infinity_one package (On Release 6)
The InfinityOne package (infinity_one) is incompatible with the WebRTC package (mscs). With the introduction of InfinityOne, the standalone WebRTC application is not supported, WebRTC client will be supported as part of nfinityOne. The installation of the infinity_one package will automatically remove the mscs package.
If you have not yet installed a previous version of InfinityOne, the first step is to install the infinity_one package on the UCX Server:
- Login to the UCX Web-based Configuration Utility
- From the System tab, select Updates
- From the left side column, select Packages
- Select Update Repositories
- When the update is complete, Click on Show Filter
- In the Name field, enter infinity_one
- Under Status pull-down, select All
- Click the Search button
- Click on the Install link in the Action column to install the infinity_one package
- Wait for the system to respond with a successful install message
Update the InfinityOne package (On Release 6)
If you have previously installed an earlier version, then you will need to do the following:
- Login to the UCX Web-based Configuration Utility
- It is recommended that you perform a system backup
- Select Update Repositories
- When the update is complete, Click on Show Filter
- In the Name field, enter infinity_one
- Under Status pull-down, select All
- Click the Search button
- Click on the Update link in the Action column to install the infinity_one package
