Infinity 5030 Sip

Introduction

The Infinity 5030 Wireless Headset Adapter (EHS 30) connects to Infinity 5000 series IP phones to support the use of wireless headsets. It is simple to use and install, and allows control of phone functions like: off-hook, talk, and on-hook via the headset. The 5030 Adapter is installed between the Infinity IP phone and the wireless headset base unit.

The 5030 adapter allows Infinity phones to connect to third party headset bases, many of which use DECT communication to the headset rather than just Bluetooth. Depending on your needs, this may be a preferable choice as DECT protocol typically provides better voice quality and much longer wireless talk range.
