This feature is used to check what is programmed on a button on the phone.

This feature is available to E-MetroTel XStim and InfinityOne phones and Nortel phones only

To check what is programmed on a button

Phone Type Steps Notes
E-MetroTel (XStim or InfinintyOne) or  Nortel phone with Feature key

1. Press the Feature key followed by the feature code *0.
2. Press the button you want to check.

  
E-MetroTel (XStim or InfinintyOne) or  Nortel phone with Services key 1. When idle, press the Services key and use the navigation keys to scroll down to Button Inquiry.
2. Invoke the feature.
3. Press the button you want to check.
